Granny's Christmas Closet is a non-profit organization
dedicated to providing Christmas gifts and new clothing to seniors in need.

The Senior Clothing Drive

The Clothing Drive Program allows us to provide clothing for needy seniors even after Christmas.

We place collection boxes in secure locations throughout the county and ask the public to donate new clothing for seniors in need.
You select one or two pieces of new clothing to buy or maybe you decide to donate that new shirt your Aunt bought you for your birthday. (You know, the one you haven't taken out of its package yet?)
Then you drop your gift off at one of our collection points located throughout the county during the month of December. Last year we had 60 collection boxes and the public donated over 3,000 items of new clothing! The collection boxes are in place until December 31st, just in case you your Aunt sends you another new shirt.
We pick up the clothing and deliver it to our warehouse.
County staff distribute the new clothing to senior citizens in need at Christmas and throughout the entire year.
