Granny's Christmas Closet is a non-profit organization
dedicated to providing Christmas gifts and new clothing to seniors in need.

The Present Program

There are seven simple steps to being an Angel, and you only have to do three of them. Here's how it works.

1. You tell us you would like to an Angel for a senior this year.
2. The county, city or senior center tells us of a senior in need of clothing.
3. We pass the information on to you. We tell you the senior's first name, the clothing item requested, the size, color and style the senior would like.
4. You buy one or two or three pieces of new clothing and wrap the present(s).
5. You drop the present(s) off at one of our collection points by a certain date.
6. We pick it up and deliver it to the county, city or senior center.
7. The present is delivered by a county, city or senior center staff person to the senior in time for Christmas.

Not signed up as an Angel but you'd still like to donate?
Just stop by the armory while we're collecting and drop off your new, unwrapped gift and we'll make sure it goes to someone special.

Angels--Here's an update!
This year we will again be collecting at the Anoka Armory, on the following dates:
          Monday November 30th from 8:00 AM until 7:00 PM
          Tuesday December 1st from 8:00 AM until 7:00 PM

Our special thanks goes out to the Anoka Armory personnel
and Minnesota National Guard for hosting
the Granny's Christmas Closet Angel present drop off.
